Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

If you purchase a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that some products are made or cut to order and are therefore non-returnable.

All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in a resalable condition. If a returned product is not received in its original condition, we will be unable to issue a refund, and you will be responsible for the cost of having the item returned to you.

Please take extra care when returning fragile items, as we can only refund them if they are received unbroken and in resalable condition.


Cooling-Off Period

The buyer has the right to a 14-day cooling-off period during which an order may be cancelled for any reason. This period begins the day after the goods are received.

If you choose to exercise this right, you must return any supplied goods to us.


Return Authorization

Before returning any products, you must contact us to obtain a Return Form. This form must be fully completed and submitted before an Authorization Number can be issued.

Returns will NOT be accepted without an authorization number issued by Uheat.


Refunds & Charges

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, minus the original delivery costs*, within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Handling charges for unused goods:

  • After 15 days from delivery: 15% handling fee

  • After 30 days from delivery: 25% handling fee

  • After 180 days from delivery: Returns are no longer accepted

No refunds will be issued for products returned without:

  • Original, undamaged packaging

  • All manuals and accessories

  • A fully resalable condition

If products are returned with broken or missing security seals, they will undergo a re-testing procedure, and you will be notified of any associated charges.

*Delivery costs are calculated at £10.00 incl. VAT for the first 10 kg and £0.60 incl. VAT per additional kg.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us and provide as much information as possible, including photos of the product and packaging if requested.

Do not return any items until instructed to do so, as this may delay or prevent us from processing your request.

We will:

  • Refund or replace any products damaged before or during delivery at no additional cost, provided you notify us within 2 days of receipt.

  • Replace any products lost in transit at no additional cost if you notify us within 2 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date (whichever is later).
